Description
At the NW corner of Darden and W. Hillwood. Bushes and a guard rail obstruct the view of cars that are heading south on Darden. It is necessary to pull out into the intersection putting oneself in danger of traffic heading down the hill on W. Hillwood.

this corner has been a problem since the mid '80s when a previous resident living at the corner house was unhappy with the sledders coming down W. Hillwood onto their front lawn. They had these barriers and bushes installed.
According to one neighbour who lives adjacent to the intersection, this obstruction of view of oncoming traffic has been repeatedly reported to Public Works, who then come out and trim the bushes. This 'solution' lasts a few weeks until the bushes grow up and once again obstruct view of oncoming traffic.
Instead of the barrier and bushes forming a right angle at the corner, if they were repositioned on the diagonalthe problem would be permanently solved.
