Description

In Harvard Square, at the Dawes Island/Garden Street stop for MBTA bus routes 86 and 66, there are large piles of snow between the sidewalk and the street with only one path to the street to allow passengers to get on and off the bus, bus often times the 66 and 86 will line up behind each other, meaning passengers must walk through snow or out into the street to get on the bus, which is especially unsafe and difficult for elderly and disabled passengers. Please remove these snow piles at Garden Street/Dawes Island in Harvard Square.
