Description
The left hand turn signal does not activate during the afternoon hours and in to the evening's rush hour, when heading east along 116th ave to turn left onto Lakeland Drive. This results in long line ups of vehicles attempting to turn left. Traffic coming from Lakeland drive also activate the light too frequently and the light is averaging 20 seconds for the east/west traffic which is too short for this busy stretch of road. Lakeland drive has become a highway for those employed in Clairmont or the Industrial Park. Is there any reason why 88St could not be developed fully to serve as a bypass route so that there is not so much traffic going through the residential areas of Lakeland?
