Description
Several months ago construction crews dug up Broadway to create a bulb out in the sidewalk at 3000 Broadway. They never finished the pavement work and have left a dangerous construction barricade that blocks over half the bike lane on a very busy commute route. As you can see from the photo, it is also attracting graffiti. Please direct whoever is responsible to finish this work and smooth the pavement.
