Eli Whitney in Hamden accepts and buses students from New Haven. Vocational schools generally cover 4-6 towns per school.

A crummy commercial? Really? Yes we need more vocational options for those students that are not interested in college, but we don't need people hijacking a valuable community action tool to promote their political aspirations.

Next time you post a campaign ad - which is obviously what this is - you might want to check your English language skills - the grammar in this ad is atrocious.

As there is already a vocational school in Hamden and this is a very poorly worded, confusing post, I am closing it. Thanks.

Although I agree with his and the many comments here,, I am confused by that of
FairHavenRes,
Can we as individuals close issues?
Seems only the originator or Editors ahould have that privilege
FairHavenRes
Yes, individuals can certainly close issues; that's part of the community aspect of SeeClickFix. Many times there are duplicate issues, issues with incorrect addresses, issues that have been resolved, or issues like these that are vague and don't really add to SCF in a meaningful way.
In the same vein, you are more than welcome to continue the discussion by re-opening the issue, if you feel it's a genuine post with a valid point, and that it will add to the SCF community of postings.
Cheers!
