Description

The parking lot at John Martinez school has not been plowed. The City has said residents are supposed to be able to use this lot during a parking ban but the entrance to the lot is covered with a 2 foot bank of snow from the street being plowed and there are at least 4 inches of snow in the lot. Offering the school lots during parking bans is not appropriate if they are not plowed!
