While you are up on Russell, did you ever notice that big hill on Clifton Street that is used to get to the sick seniors at Bella Vista by Engine 17. Well it needs plowing guys, you seem to forgot all the worse hills in this city, I just don't get it and their is a convalescent home on this hill too, Please Mayor Harp get this department together/
