a medium suv hit a black suburban on the paasenger side on jan,28.2015 the hitter did not stick around ( fled the scene of an accident ) went speeding towrds mitchell street/ohio street street end of bolling drive. the hitter will have front end damage on the passenger side ( the accident happend in front of 75 bolling drive bangor maine. any info would be helpful in locateing this person
