Description

There's a catch basin in the high speed lane going south bound on route 9 prior to exit 11 in the area of the 65mph speed limit signs that is sinking more and more into the highway. I just drove by it this morning and from my view it looks like the catch basin has sunk about 8" below the pavement. I know enough not to hit it but I'm sure at night it would surprise someone who's not use to taking that route. I know it would take too much to completely redo it but I think a traffic barrel would work to let people know to be cautious right there.
