Description

During late August and early September the new Landlord removed central oil-fired steam heating system from the building.
In November electric heat was finally installed.
Apartments will not go over 64 degrees during most days.
Many nights only high 50's is maintainable.
Landlord has been promising since December to get blown-in insulation installed in the walls. It hasn't happened yet.

Collapsed ceilings in apartments.
Cracked walls in apartments.
Holes in floors.
Rotted floors in apartments.

Common area lighting fixtures don't work.
Lighting fixtures in apartments do not work.

Landlord or his agents have been notified via phone calls, texts, emails, physical mails, and actual in person walk-thru' s.
No actions taken or repairs have been made.
