Owners of 4372 25th St. added a separate unit to their home, granted address 4370 25th St. by the city. They claimed it was for future retirement of parents. Unit has never been listed for residential occupancy.
Last summer they rented it to their friends for a month or two. Since then it has remained unoccupied other than numerous visitors using AirBnB. Nearly every week since November there's been a short term vacation rental. The owners do not occupy the unit, nor have they ever lived in it, let alone for 3 months. They live upstairs in 4372. The owner Andy, may claim to have a home office in the unit, but this is a storage room that is available to potential short-term renters, as described in the Air BnB listing.
