Also, to be clear, this is not a 2nd pick up. This area was NEVER picked up the first time.

A crew was back on Sunday with the complaint in hand for leaves on "even side of West Hillcrest" I had dropped the map pin at 208-210 for See-Click-Fix. Leaves on Old Orchard, Hillwood Rd and Hillwood Ave were not on the list, and remain as of Monday morning. Specific addresses are 213-215 Old Orchard, 303-305 Hillwood Rd (leaves are on opposite even side of street), and 203-205 Hillwood Ave. Note that Hillwood Rd and Hillwood Ave are dead ends (Hillwood Ave ends in cul de sac). Also please see leaves at 201-203 West Hillcrest. Since these streets never had their first leaf pick-up I don't know why this can only be done on a house by house complaint basis.
