We understand your concern. Due to the continued cleanup efforts of this week’s historic snowstorm and a pending plow-able storm an in compliance investigation is not expected to occur until 2/3/2014 providing availability of Public Services inspection staff.

City ordinance requires property owners to remove snow from the sidewalk abutting their property within 24 hours after the snow has ceased to fall or within 24 hours after the City has finished clearing snow from the storm, whichever is later. Our inspectors will investigate and respond.
