This property is being used as a garbage dump. There are people that are living in the shed in the back yard. I have observed them inside the house as well taking in groceries. This would be called squatting. I am all for providing shelter for our homeless but let's do it legally. There are many properties in the Bel-Air Neighborhood with trash and weeds. We need to start enforcing the ordinances in our neighborhoods. People be responsible for your properties. This house on Hermosa has been empty for a while now and it's just getting worse as the weeks and months go on. I have yet to see any city inspectors out on the property. Let's get this place cleaned up and boarded up properly.
