It definitely is. Something like 6 seconds? I was told by the state that the intersections on either side of the bridge were under review; I guess this is their "solution"? It does seem that Howe has a much shorter light as well, but there is time for one large truck (or pokey car) to get through the bridge light. Doesn't seem like a very good "solution", but par for the course for traffic planners in this region.
