Description

There is a left turn signal stop light but it is either not turned on or just not working. However, it is a danger zone at this location of people trying to make a left turn from Covington Hwy onto Cove Lake Rd because of the slight hill on oncoming traffic from Covington Hwy. I assume the light was put up there for a reason but I have not seen it work. I live on Cove Lake Rd and often have to make that left turn.
