Description
The owner of Cafe Goodfellas consistently parks his black SUV in the no-standing zone in front of the restaurant. It's been there each of the last three days. This obstructs the visibility of cars turning from Bradley onto State and also blocks a fire hydrant. This is not just a nuisance, it's a public safety issue.

There are also often trucks loading and unloading into the state street businesses at that location. After many phone calls to the police, their response was the mirror across state st from the bradley/state intersection. Although grateful for the mirror, it still feels like a very dangerous situation on an almost daily basis.
