Our property had no curb present when we purchased the home in Aug 2014. We sent an email requesting new curb & it was installed in Nov 2014 (estimated). Work started on neighbors house in front of mine yesterday, Jan 28, 2015 to connect their house to city sewer. The road on my side of the street has 2-3 inch gap between road & curb in some areas AND the curb that was installed has pieces that have either moved down into the ground or broken apart. I would like to ensure that the curb & road in front of 5572 Sherrell Dr Atlanta, GA 30342 is repaired once the city is finished connecting my neighbor to city sewer.
