A neighbor on Front St also shared the following website, which looks like it matches volunteers with people that need someone to shovel: https://snowcrew.org/
I spoke to Dawn and I have agreed to help as needed. I was away for this last storm, but I will stop by every time I am able to clear these three spots. I'll text her and see if she needs me to come over tomorrow. I mentioned to Dawn that I would look around for some kind soul to donate plowing services for the major part of the driveway; I have been asking around and will continue to do so. :) ~Amy
This looks like a great example of neighbors helping neighbors and we appreciate it.
Because there is an ongoing need for the path to mailbox and handicapped ramp and deck to be shoveled off after heavy storms, it would be best for the management of the SCF system if we approach this issue one of three ways.
1) Start a new issue each time there is a new heavy storm to alert the volunteers when there is a need.
2) Have an ongoing plan to have the volunteers check it after a snow.
3) Call or e-mail the volunteers directly.
We prefer not to have open issues for weeks at a time without additional comments. It looks like people stopped caring and we know that is not the case here. Great work and thank you to the volunteers.
Carla: I am in contact with Dawn and between me and Chris Brown, we've got your mom's place covered. :) I'm going today and Chris is going tomorrow morning. No worries! I have asked Dawn to text me anytime she needs me! :)

I also spoke to Dawn about the salt.
