Description

During certain hours (3-3:30pm on most days) the newly painted bike lane on Broadway in front of Oakland Tech serves as a parking lot for cars. Today I counted over 20 cars illegally parked/stopped in the bike lane. This happens daily. Plenty of OPD cars are around or pass by but there doesn't seem to be any enforcement.
