You are right, this stretch does have the appearance of an alleyway. Unfortunately, it is not zoned as such according to City records. The City of Grande Prairie Planning Department confirms that our maps zone this as a medium density area with that particular stretch of paved front access as parcelled under the private land owner. You will need to discuss maintenance of this front access with the Property Management Company of that medium density zone.
