You may have closed this issue prematurely. This is the second time in 5 months this has happen. It took 2 visits for you guys to fix this issue I am resending the request. We have sewerage in the basement plumber has advised that bloackage in line is in city sewer. Not our sewer system in the home. I would think that sense property has had past issue with city sewerage that DWSD would be more mindful that a major issue exist here and that maybe more then just a quick visit will do. Again we have been advised its the city system that is causing the problem. Also this house has to exit sewer outs and both of them are clogged so with that in mind this is a repair that needs to be done by DWSD. One line is acceptable as our problem although both line connect to sewer and both line are clogged.
