Description

There is an abandoned vehicle parked on our street and it's been there for several weeks now. The traffic police won't ticket it because it has handicapped plates, however it clearly doesn't belong to anyone and never moves. The side mirrors are knocked out and it's in bad shape overall. It's a red Ford Taurus, New Jersey license plate #3459. It is on the south side of Walker st between Church and Broadway, closer to Church.
