I sent in two requests about lots not far from there, across Tramway, about 2 months ago because the overgrowth was impeding traffic visibility (my son is learning how to drive). They were both "closed" immediately, like this one and the trees and brush are still hanging out in the road. I don't like the fact that the issues are automatically closed before a result is seen.

I must agree with Ken's feedback. It seems to me that these issues are "closed" immediately. Not only is it impossible for an issue to be immediately resolved, but I see no indication of the action that has been (or will be) taken.
