Tom You are obviously mistaken with Your sense of direction , the N.E. corner still has hedges thatmaremway too tall and are causing a serious visibility problem, when cars approach the intersection headed South, the definitely are still there and still causing a safety concern.....
Nothing done to correct safety concern, of hedges being way too tall at NE Corner of N. Washington & Wilson Sts. What does it take to get this problem fixed ?
What does it take to inspect this problem, does any official from Pottstown review "click fix", they've had 474 days to take action, and not a thing has been done, I saw Stevie Wonder walkin by and he agreed there is definetly a concern, rock on Stevie '🔚🙈🙉🙊
Hedges are still on N.E. Corner, it's ridiculous to take 1,000 days to take any kind of action from the borough, who's in charge around here, all it would take is one 5 minute inspection to see what a problem there is, c'mon Pottstown inspectors get Your Act and the Hedges cleaned up........🙈🙉🙊
The borough of Pottstown really shows its effiency and professionalism when it takes 1051 days, and not one borough inspector has been out to inspect this safety issue, or to post a comment on it. But what should I expect, this is Pottstown, over taxed and run poorly. I wish I could afford to move, by the way I commented in the Mercury soundoff about the grading condition of the intersection of Wilson St and Farmington Ave right near Tornetto's Sandwich Shop, just look at all of the scrape marks in the road surface from cars and trucks dragging their undercarriages, due to the intersection being improperly graded, I guess it will take another 1051 Days with no borough inspector to look at this issue also, thanks Pottstown. Rodney Graham !
This is totally rediculous I started this issue back in 2012, yet there hasn't been one Borough inspector come out to inspect this safety issue. Maybe they will when someone gets seriously injured. As far as myself "UNCLE" I give up trying to get the Pottstown Inspectors to earn their keep. All done, all thru, I'm finished wasting time ! Happy Holidays To All" and to all "Keep trying to get the machine to work"!
I really don't think the borough keeps up with anything via See Click Fix. If you want a real chance at the borough taking action, you need to request action online at http://pottstown.org/requesttracker.aspx (You'll need to register first.) or just call them at 610-970-6500 and ask to be put through to codes. Good luck! :)
I've been notified by Potts Code Dept that as long as bushes are trimmed back from sidewalk, they are allowed to grow as tall as occupants want them to, they are a safety hazard at current height, and they are only going to get taller, totally rediculous to let this continue, but that situation seems insane to me, maybe when we lose a life or serious vehicle accident happens in the future, this will be investigated further, for now I give up and am closing this complaint, wishing all peace and safety, but do wish something would be done about this !
