8074 23rd Avenue North has been vacant and rotting down for quite some time. May we respectfully request the anticipated time this derelict house will be taken down? And, please, could this house be tented and gassed before its removal to keep any vermin from spreading throughout the neighborhood from this house while in the process of its removal? Thank you.
