even many which are lit are flickering

The lights work fine in the upper part of the park there are over 5 lights out in the lower part of the park that could light the whole area if they worked. This park is safe during the day and a nice cut-through the neighborhood, but it gets spooky at night. Please update me on the progress of the lighting in this park.

I just created a request as well before I saw yours to fix the lights in the lower part of the park. Hopefully another request will motivate them into action.
