Description
Road continuously floods with even smallest amount of rain, there is an asphalt curb along the side of the road which is blocked with debris causing the road to flood. Because it has flooded numerous times the asphalt patches will not last therefore there are several potholes at this location which also need patching. Cleaning debris to allow for runoff will easily solve most of the problem.
