Description
The RWA was here last week digging up an area in a newly paved street only 2 months ago. This is how they left. It is already sinking lower than street level. Not a very good repair. Would of like to get more than 2 months from this newly resurfaced street.

that is terrible. this happens with utility work in new haven all the time! where is the oversight?

2/3/12 I have heard nothing on this issue. I would like to know if it will be fixed this spring.
