What exactly is the noise ordinance regarding snowblowers on personal residential properties? At least a couple of my neighbors turn on their very loud snowblowers before 7 a.m. or before sunrise - on weekends! Totally ridiculous & inconsiderate. Doesn't the ordinance stipulate specific hours? This has been happening for years & I've never complained but now a have a serious medical issue that requires me to get an adequate amount of rest.Can you help or refer me to someone who can? Thank you.
