As a home owner it is quite disturbing to listen all day and night to 18 wheelers coming from the Post office and GM on our Saginaw Street. The noise hardly lets up. Pot holes are so bad that I have damages to my car tires and the front end of my car. Please help! We need to put in place a time around 6pm and 9am where they are not allowed to enter onto Saginaw Street.
