Description

Transients have taken over this parcel of land located behind the Edison Electrical Plant. They reside at this location at night time. During the day they bring trash and debris to this location. It is a public eye sore. I live across the street at The Magnolia Court Townhomes. This property is supposed to be used for a steel storage yard for the 91 freeway project. However, the transients continue to brig trash to this area.

The transients made a bunker that is used as shelter at night and a place to hang out during the day. The gate to the left has been cut to gain easy access when the property gate is locked.

The property behind the Edison Power plant where the transients have taken residency. They placed a yellow plastic tarp on top of the southeast section of the wooden bldg. to shield the rain during days/nights of rainy weather.

Piles of loose clothing is the perfect breeding ground for rodents. Neighborhood houses are on the other side of the wall, where these clothes are located.
