this was reported to 311 on 6/14/10 ticket number 1013182 and the address is 1129 N. 4th st

Thanks for the info. I am interested in more than just the sidewalk although that is definitely an issue. Does 311 acknowledge issues in this neighborhood? In the past (and other neighborhoods) they have always acknowledged fairly quickly.

They responded to my complaint of mattress accumulation under 95 at Front and Ellen but not to tires accumulating at Ellen and New Market. So my impression is a 50 percent chance of 311 getting the job done.

There are also often cars parked on the busted up sidewalk in front of this property.
