Someone has setup and left a freestanding basket hoop in the middle of Milton St. All black pole, etc making it very difficult to see especially in the evening. This hazardous situation not only raises concern in evenings, but what happens when the city plows come down the street to remove snow and ice? One can argue that it is a dead end street, but again who is responsible for this when someone hits it or when a city plow wacks it or has to navigate around it on an already tight street? Requesting he city to remove it.
