Description

There is a pothole that is rectangular in shape, at least 2 feet wide, 3 feet long and 3 inches deep. It isn't so much a textbook pothole, as it is very noticeably a piece of road work that was left half-done and unmarked. It blew out 2 of my fiancee's tires, and there were 2 other cars in front of us who suffered blown tires as well.
