Description
House is being illegally occupied by a young girl and her friends. Basement is flooded up to your shins in raw sewage. That continues to rise every time they flush the toilet. Two front windows are boarded up. Multiple drug transactions through out the day.

mk, I reworded your complaint and sent it to 311. They also read SeeClickFix as well but sometimes they miss complaints on here. I've also passed along this address to Townwatch to see if anyone else is familiar with this property over in the Triangle.
For an L&I complaint I do them in writing and they have to go through 311 first:

I filed the complaint via email to 311 with the information you provided. I have also directly called them and put in a complaint. As for the drug use, if I see anything I will report it to the number you have provided. I think its more so inside the house and I do not see it. I only see the remnants outside on the street.
The house next door to the squatter house was just redone and its beautiful inside. Its a shame that this squatter property has become such a blight that the house can not be sold.

NUMEROUS L&I complaints have been filed to 3-1-1 in the last 24 hours and I have also looked at the property myself along with others; the house is in terrible shape.
I tried searching for the landlord's phone number but I can't find it. I'm marking this acknowledged since it has been posted to fishtown.us so we have more people putting in complaints on it.
I will update with my 311 ticket number and will also follow-up with L&I to see what they do. If they mark my complaint unfounded I am PERSONALLY going over to the MSB building to ask for answers.
