Description

After Conn elementary lets out, parents line Norris and Frank streets blocking traffic flow. The main issue is with parents driving on the grass (which is severely waterlogged) and wrecking my yard and the park next to me. I have deep tire tracks in my yard now and parents are unable to park on the street itself.

I do not drive on somebody else's yard and expect the same level of attention from parents waiting on their kids.
