Description

Miller pipeline has left one of their construction machines in the street since December 15, 2014. They used it to remove metal plates that they left in the very same spot where they now have their machine. (Reference #316762 marked completed) so now the have had their construction materials in the street unused since mid October. The machine is making hard for free and easy passage up and down the street.
