Description

The light at this intersection favors Dartmouth by going back to green for Dartmouth after a green light for St. Albans. This configuration is just backwards of how it should be programmed. The green for St. Albans is too short and causes traffic to wait for the next green cycle while many times there is no traffic on Dartmouth.
