Description

By the alley along 2nd st NE near rear of 181 Uhland ter NE a "No dumping" sign is needed. Neighbors chronically dump trash and mattresses at this location thinking it is a bulk dump area. But since it is not a sanctioned dump area and is not regularly picked up the side of my house looks like a landfill. One block away they put up the "no dumping" sign and it seemed to help. I live at 181 Uhland ter NE and I have been fined by the city because of the dumping, even though I am not responsible and regularly request pickup.
