Description

empty lot behind Tony's Way bar has abandonded truck, dead cats, feces, and trash in abandonded lot. Trash litter's the street from corner store and KAPA high school students

Neighboring streets surrounding K&A, squatters putting out house trash days before trash day, not recycling, and throwing beer bottle, soda bottles, chip wrappers and marijuana wrappers all over the street and sidewalks! City Hall, enforce your litter laws or forever be a city of embarrassment to the rest of the country. Jersey got its act together through hefty fines!

The dead cats have been removed, but trash, and broken abandoned furniture have taken their place. The lot still needs to be cleaned.
