I have contacted Georgia Power regarding the outage. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the repair. Please let me know at the end of that time if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either close this issue or recontact Georgia Power.

I will recontact Georgia Power and see if I can determine why it has not been repaired. Thank you for letting me know.

I spoke with a Georgia Power representative who is going to send the request back through the system. She indicated that the light should be repaired within three business days. Please let me know if it has not been fixed by the end of this week and I will try a different avenue other than customer service.

I just spoke with Georgia Power. They informed me that the light in question has bad cable running to it. This will require them to dig it up to correct the problem. They have scheduled a crew to do the work, but said it would be two more weeks before they could get to it due to their current workload. Hopefully, they can get it resolved quicker, but at least they have identified the issue and have it on the list to be repaired.
Thanks,
Tracy

I noticed that this street light (#19, at the intersection of Newnan Lakes Blvd and Newnan Crossing Bypass) *still* has not been fixed! I realize it is not a simple fix... However, the light being out presents a danger to drivers as night, as the entrance to the Newnan Lakes at Madison Parks subdivision is not visible at all. This is an accident waiting to happen! Would you please follow up with Georgia Power and see what the status is on this job? Thank you.

I have recontacted Georgia Power. I am waiting for them to call me back. Once I hear from them, I will let you know the status of the light.

Can you tell me if this issue is resolved? If not, I need to recontact the account executive regarding this issue.
Thanks,
Tracy

I appreciate your being so diligent in following up on this issue.
The entrance is brightly lit, and visible at night.
