Description

The construction project has closed the lane going toward downtown after crossing Korean Veteran's Blvd. from Hermitage Avenue. There is one lane on Hermitage Avenue marked to turn left onto Korean Veteran's Blvd. When traffic heading straight realize at the intersection their lane is closed they start turning left from the other lanes. I am in the left turn lane but have to stay in the right lane on Korean Veteran's to get into a parking space. No signs advising traffic that the lane is closed. Police are sometimes there but usually are just standing there and watching. Many near misses. Put a sign to give people a heads up of what's ahead of them.
