Description
I don't get it - it's posted 25 in a residential neighborhood. But, people treat this like a highway doing 50 a lot of the time. What violators they are and it's only 3 blocks from stop sign to signal. They just floor it. If Derby wanted to make some $ they could hand out speeding tickets all day here parked over on 9th St and watch with eyes open. Sheesh 2 elementary schools around here too. Wake up please. Fri and Sat nights are really out of control sometimes in the summer.

But the city wouldn't make any money from it; speeding tickets are State summonses, therefore all money goes to the State of CT.
need new laws - give cities the $ = incentive (Guest)

25 mph is just fine.

Even the crosswalks are not safe!
