To add to this, the dark area is a regular spot for cars to stop. They park and walk to the corner and something small is purchased. Cars drink then leave their empty alcohol cans on our lawn. I have to use my dogs to make them move. The middle school students walk by every day and see the alcohol bottles.

I inspected Lawrence St. last night and found that all 4 of the utility poles on the street have functioning street lights.
