Description

Yesterday (1/11/15 Sunday) I noticed water seeping through the road where the small water manhole is. It had not started raining when I noticed. Also could hear what sounded like a large amount of water flowing when I crossed the sewer manhole. There were also some new cracks in the street with muddy looking water seeping out.
