neighboring property bags seasonal fruits and what drops, rolls into the street remains there. the garage is full of oranges at this moment. who do takes care of this type of situation. it draws possums, rats, raccoons and roaches looking for food. please advise or notify correct dept. this has been going on for some time and its not a healthy situation.
