Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. Based on the information you provided we have assigned a Code Enforcement Inspector to go to the location and inspect the property for any and all code violations.

Thank you! DPW has already cleaned this SAME location with oversized/dumped items. It seems that when renters move out of the property and/or renovations are made, the unwanted items are dumped in the alley way, making the alley hard to pass and saving the property owner money by not correcting disposing of unwanted property. Thanks for your diligence on this.
