Description

Between 2 and 5 am there is a deep vibrating noise that sounds like some kind of boat/barge. By 7am, Silence. So thank you City of New Haven for making all the noise right when people need to sleep and turning it off right when they have to wake up.
Seriously, is what they are doing at 2am SO IMPORTANT that it can't wait until 6am??? This has happened many times before and it is time for the decision makers on these "projects" to realize t hat peolle actually live and thus sleep in this neighborhood at 2am.
