This car with license plate (NJ) N66ERD was partially blocking our driveway. Isn't it illegal to block someone's driveway without the permission of the owner? It's not the first time this happened. Some people even drive up our driveway thinking the store next door owns the driveway. This is what I get home to couple of times. It is a nuisance since it takes me a couple of tries to get in our driveway making sure I don't hit the backend of the car illegally blocking our driveway.
